Site work for a water / sewer project in Escanaba, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Replacement of approximately 2,635 LF of 8” to 10” PVC sanitary sewer; 5,300 LF of 6” sanitary service PVC; 2,620 LF of 24” concrete storm sewer; 395 LF of 12” concrete storm sewer; 28 sanitary and storm structures; 565 FT of 6" to 8" DIP water main; 29,455 SFT sidewalk and decorative sidewalk; 4,725 LF of curb and gutter; 4,800 tons of HMA paving; streetscape amenities plus related appurtenances and restoration work. A mandatory, in-person, pre-bid conference for the project will be held at C2AE, 1211 Ludington Street, Escanaba, Michigan. Bids will not be accepted from bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference. All bidding documents are available online at QuestCDN.com. To be considered as a plan holder for bids, a contractor must register on QuestCDN.com and purchase the digital contract documents at a non-refundable cost. Registering as a plan holder is recommended for all subcontractors and suppliers. It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine and evaluate the capability of their equipment to provide or download documents that are accurate for size, scale, and content. Only registered plan holders will be notified of changes in the bidding documents through emails to the registered email address when documents are updated or new documents are added. Neither the owner nor the engineer will be responsible for bidding documents obtained from sources other than QuestCDN.
