Renovation of a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 329-square-foot office development; and 553-square-foot medical facility.

Emergency Department Minor Treatment Area: Level 1 - approximate 553m2 renovation of existing clinical and office space to provide new emergency patient rooms, care team station, and clinical support spaces, with phased renovations in an adjacently occupied space. Upper Floors: Tower - approximate 329m2 renovation which includes new office areas, and refresh of patient rooms and washrooms. Work is inclusive of architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical work as indicated in the contract documents. Multiple phased construction areas specific to this work and following infection and prevention control protocols during construction.
