Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The services required consist of providing engineering services for small-scale sewer separation works in partially separated combined sewer districts. The required services include preliminary design, detailed design and procurement, non-resident contract administration, resident contract administration, and post construction services. All services must comply with the City's Project Management Manual and templates. Consultants are expected to bring to the Consulting Contract Administrator's attention any aspects of the City's Project Management Manual or templates that may not be consistent with good industry practice. For services that include contract administration, special attention must be paid to revisions in Section 9.19 and 9.20.1 of the City's Project Management Manual in Addendum #8.
