Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility; and medical facility.

The Work of this Contract includes replacing the existing nurse call systems at Concordia Hospital and Concordia Place Personal Care Home. Reuse salvaged conduit and outlet boxes wherever feasible and install new conduit and outlet boxes as required. Remove unused wiring and conduit. The Work also includes the installation of new 2-post open racks and UPS units to accommodate the new nurse call headend equipment.
