Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Provide engineering services for small-scale sewer separation works in partially separated combined sewer districts, including preliminary design, detailed design and procurement, non-resident contract administration, resident contract administration, and post construction services. Services must adhere to the City's Project Management Manual and templates. Consultants should report any inconsistencies in the manual or templates with good industry practice to the Consulting Contract Administrator. Special attention should be given to the revisions to Section 9.19 and 9.20.1 of the Project Management Manual in Addendum #8 when performing contract administration.
