Electrical deficiency corrections at the Angell Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center involving commercial services performed under FAR Part 12. Work includes addressing identified electrical issues in accordance with the solicitation terms, conditions, and evaluation criteria outlined in Attachment 1. Contractors will participate in a scheduled site visit to better understand the required work and must submit all offer materials as specified, including items required under AGAR 452.215-71(c). Work for this project requires the contractor to be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, utilities, miscellaneous items, freight and delivery and all necessary valid licenses for the work summarized as follows: 1. Administration Buildings 2083 and Maintenance 2888: a. Replace the entire exterior service entrance disconnects and utility metering. b. c. 2. Replace wood freestanding backboard with new support structure. Replace (2) panels in Administration building. Gym Building 2889: a. Replace (2) existing services to the building and consolidate into a single 600A, 120/240V single phase service. b. c. d. 1.2 Provide new pad mounted oil filled transformer and new primary service from existing customer owned utility pole and overhead 12,470V transmission line. Replace panels and distribution within the facility as shown on drawings. Selective demolition of (5) unit heaters with (3) new 240V heaters.
