Description

Site work and new construction of a power facility in Westfield, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a power facility.

Furnish and deliver Substation Construction Services, including any necessary labor, materials, and equipment for the Bourne Substation for the Village of Westfield. Sealed bids must be submitted to the specified address by the deadline. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond for at least five percent of the proposal amount, payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in a bid, and to make awards in the interest of the Owner.
