The quantities listed on the slip are for information purposes only. The City will provide details on the pavements to be traced and the marking plans before work begins, at the first site meeting. The City is asking for prices for line marking using water-based paint for the years 2026 and 2027, with the possibility of renewal for the year 2028. Delivery schedule The work covered by this contract must be carried out between June 1st and July 15th of each year. This deadline consists of a mandatory deadline which cannot be extended without the written consent of the City. It is up to the successful tenderer to take into account factors such as temperature, rain, transport etc. In addition, within this contractual period, the successful bidder has a period of fifteen (15) consecutive business days to complete the work following receipt of the authorization to begin the work given by the City. The supplier who does not comply with this condition of the contract is liable to the possible remedies of the City and to the damages that it may claim from him in accordance with the tender documents.
