The scope of the work is divided into two (2) phases, scheduled for 2026 and 2027. In summary, the work covered by this contract includes, but is not limited to, the supply of materials and labor to carry out all renovation work at the Moussaillons elementary school in St-Philippe, including: - Modification of ground slopes for water drainage (see civil and structural documents); - Spot repairs to the schoolyard and playgrounds (see civil and structural documents); - Demolition of elements of the exterior envelope of existing buildings identified in the architectural and structural documents; - Demolition of existing interior elements identified in the architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical documents; - Demolition of elements identified in the structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and landscaping documents; - Execution of all work related to the construction and installation of structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and landscaping elements identified in the various discipline documents. - The execution of all work necessary to complete the work required by this contract, even if not specifically mentioned in the plans and specifications. The contractor must also plan the execution of the work by carefully coordinating with the owner to establish work schedules for the phasing identified in the drawings and the execution schedule prescribed in the general conditions. The Contractor has full responsibility for the work and its subcontractors. It must manage and supervise them effectively and safely. It is solely responsible for the means, methods, procedures, and coordination of all parts of the Work under the contract. The Contract shall come into force on the date specified in the notice of award or, failing that, on the date of issue of the notice of award to the CONTRACTOR by the PUBLIC BODY. The contractor must comply with the schedule set out in the CSSDGS contract documents.
