Site work for a water / sewer project in Saint Marys, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids are requested for the City of St. Marys 2026 Celina Road Waterline Extension. All bids must comply with the contract documents provided. Bidders must be registered plan holders, and plans and specifications are available at the Office of the Director of Public Service and Safety. A Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond as per Ohio law is required. Proposals must include the full name of all parties and interested persons, evidence of experience with similar projects, and a complete list of subcontractors. The project must be completed no later than November 25, 2026. Contractors and subcontractors must use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor when practicable, and comply with equal employment opportunity and prevailing wage requirements. Bids must be submitted on official forms, in a sealed envelope marked with the bidder's name and project. Bids may not be withdrawn for 30 calendar days after opening. The City reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all bids.
