The Russellville Regional Airport is soliciting Statements of Qualification for Engineering Services for various projects, which may include airfield lighting and navigational aids, airfield pavement rehabilitation and overlays, property and avigation easement acquisition, safety area evaluations and corrections, apron expansion, environmental studies, runway and taxiway extensions, drainage improvements and rehabilitations, surveys, roadway improvements and relocations, hangars and terminal building projects, geotechnical investigations, fuel system improvements, and security fencing. Services must be provided in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Advisory Circular (AC) 150/5100-14, as amended. The required services include all phases and necessary incidental services for the listed projects, as well as others that may arise and be funded by FAA or Arkansas Division of Aeronautics grants within the next five years. Selection will be based on specific criteria, including consultant capability, key personnel qualifications and experience, ability to meet schedules, quality and capability in previous projects, degree of interest and familiarity with the airport, qualifications of regularly engaged sub-consultants, ability to provide qualified construction observers, understanding of project challenges, and capability to conduct value engineering according to FAA regulations. Contracts are subject to relevant federal regulations and may be for three years with two possible one-year extensions. To be considered, provide seven copies of the Statement of Qualifications, including qualifications, experience, and references, to the designated contact by the stated deadline. As of April 30, 2026, an engineering firm has been selected. This is a multi-year contract for projects as-needed.
