Renovation of an educational facility in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project includes full replacement of the Fire Alarm, new classroom AV, and installing new ceilings. Bids will be received electronically and must follow instructions as outlined in the Invitation to Bid form. Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount is required for bids totaling $175,000 or more. Electronically submitted bids require a copy of the bid security to accompany submission, with original cashier’s check bid security delivered within three business days of bid opening or postmarked on or before the bid opening date. Contract documents may be viewed online or obtained through the designated printer, with payment made directly to the printer for print sets. Qualified representatives from each prospective bidder’s organization must attend one of the mandatory Pre-bid Conferences, which will include a project walk-through. The Prime Contractor is required to attend and will be responsible for any items discussed at the pre-bid conference.
