Reference number: 20112052 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-02-24 Electronic tender submission accepted No Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 28 The purpose of this call for tenders is to select a specialist service provider to wash the exterior windows of the buildings identified in point 2 for a period of two years and four months. The work consists of: washing the exterior windows of the building; washing the exterior glass railings of the balconies; washing only the exterior windows on the doors of the building (doors inside the building are not included in this call for tenders); washing the shutters, frames and exterior window sills; wiping splashes, if required. Windows that are only accessible from the balconies must be cleaned from inside the building. The CISSS-CA will make the sites accessible and remove secure mosquito nets as necessary and when possible. Mandatory information sessions A mandatory information session will be held on 24 February 2026 at 1:30 p.m. or on 2 March 2026 at 1 p.m. Appointments must be made no later than 27 February 2026 at noon by emailing Lydia Groleau at lydiagroleau@ssss.gouv.qc.ca. Before submitting their Bid, BIDDERS must visit certain locations specified in the estimate where the Contract will be performed. Only BIDDERS who have made this visit are eligible to submit a Bid. Visits will take place between 23 February 2026 and 27 February 2026 according to a scheduled timetable. To this end, the TENDERER must make an appointment no later than 25 February 2026 at noon with the File Manager by email at lydiagroleau@ssss.gouv.qc.ca. The Contract shall expire after a period of TWENTY-EIGHT (28) months from its commencement date, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the other provisions of the Contract.
