Site work and paving for a road / highway in Elko, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Sealed bid proposals are invited for the Spring Valley Parkway Reconstruction. Bid proposals must be submitted on prescribed forms and accompanied by security as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked "SPRING VALLEY PARKWAY RECONSTRUCTION." Bidders must possess a current Nevada State contractor's license of proper classification at the time of the bid opening. Bids will be reviewed for conformance with contract documents, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on price, adherence to plans/specifications, qualifications, compliance with NRS Chapter 338, and the public interest. Elko County reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bid items and to waive minor technicalities.
