Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Elko, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
The project includes the construction and installation of metal hitching posts and a gravel parking lot and staging area on Hilltop Road off of Highway 228. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the subject of the bid, accompanied by a 5% bid security. Bidders must possess a valid contractor's license pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes, Chapter 624. The successful bidder must provide a performance and payment bond prior to contract signing and comply with N.R.S. Chapter 338 Public Works Projects. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, accept any bid deemed best, or waive any technicality in the bid form or in the bid. Question Deadline 10/27/2025 at 4:00 PM PT All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to the County or its authorized representative. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the County or its authorized representative in response to such questions will be issued by Addendum mailed or delivered to all persons who were previously supplied with the Bidding Documents Questions received less than seven (7) business days prior to the date for opening Bids may not be answered.
