Elko County Public Works invites the submittal of responses to this RFQ from qualified firms interested in providing engineering services for the completion of the design, drawings, plans, permitting, and contractor selection of a water storage tank demolition and replacement (Project) located in Tuscarora, Nevada. Responses are solicited for this service in accordance with the terms, conditions, and instructions set forth in the RFQ guidelines. Ranked submissions will appear on a Board of County Commissioners agenda for final selection. Elko County reserves the right to hold interviews, or to request additional information if necessary. Questions must be submitted to Curtis Moore, Assistant County Manager, Natural Resource Manager, or Sienna Stierman, Grants and Contracts Manager, no later than 4:00 P.M. (Pacific Time) on OCTOBER 10th, 2025. Receipt of responses does not bind Elko County to any contract for services, nor does it guarantee a contract for the Project will be awarded.
