NOTE: Addendum 1 and Addendum 2 must have confirmed receipt and must be signed and faxed back to (775) 777-7129 or email to cityclerk@elkocitynv.gov. The Award Will Be Made to the Lowest Responsive and Responsible Bidder on 11/12/25 at 4pm to the Extent and in the Manner Required by Law, Unless All Bids Are Rejected. The Lowest Responsive and Responsible Bidder Shall Be Determined on the Basis of Price, Conformance to Plans and/or Specifications, the Bidder's Qualifications, Conformance to Applicable Sections of Nrs Chapter 338, and the Best Interest of the Public. All Bids Must Be Submitted in a Sealed Envelope That is Legibly Marked Park Rehabilitation Project, or They Can Be Submitted Through online. City Staff Shall Thoroughly Review All Bid Proposals for Conformance With the Contract Documents Prior to Making a Written Recommendation for Award to the Elko City Council. The City Council may formally award the contract to the successful Bidder at its regularly scheduled meeting at City Hall on November 12th, 2025, after 4 :00 P.M, Local Time. The City Council may, in its sole discretion, reject all Bids. Question Deadline 10/10/2025
