Site work and new construction of a parking garage in Elko, Nevada. Working plans call for the construction of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
**As of August 15th, 2025, no bids received. No definite date for the rebid.** Elko County is constructing a garage to service the GBCAC. The CMAR will need to design and build a 28 x 40 x 12 eave garage/storage building in the west parking area of the GBCAC. Under this contract the CMAR will be expected to design and build a 28 x 40 x 12 eave garage/storage building on the lot. The building design must meet all Elko County Building Code specifications. Any improvements or modifications to the street, or connections to any water or sewer system must meet the specifications of the City of Elko. The CMAR will be responsible for coordinating with each jurisdiction. All questions must be submitted in writing, and must be submitted by July 21, 2025 to aosborne@elkocountynv.net. Requests for clarification regarding this RFP must be made to Amanda Osborne, Elko County Manager at Amanda.Osborne@elkocountynv.gov no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon) Pacific Time on May 16, 2025. Answers to requests for clarification will be posted to the Elko County website at online under Notices. The right is reserved by the Board of Elko County Commissioners to reject any and all proposals or to accept such proposal as deemed best by said Board, and to waive any technicality in the form of the proposal.
