This is a Request for Proposals inviting submissions for Consulting Services for Detailed Designs of the Cognac SWM Pond Cleanout and the Valley Farm SWM Pond Cleanout. The Deliverables are further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B). To be eligible, bidders must not be a U.S. Business. U.S. Business is defined as a supplier, manufacturer, or distributor with its headquarters or main office in the United States and no full-time employees in Canada at the time of procurement. Subsidiaries are considered U.S. Businesses if their parent company’s headquarters or main office is in the United States. Bid submissions are accepted online only.
