Provide all labour, materials, tools, transportation and services for testing, inspection and cleaning of various SCBA equipment in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications contained herein to the satisfaction of the City. This includes: - Inspection and Testing in accordance with NFPA Standard 1852, current edition, for SCOTT 3M Air-Pak X3 Pro, SCOTT 3M RIT-PAK III, and SCOTT 3M EZ-Flo Regulators - Inspection and Hydrostatic Testing in accordance with CAN/CSA-Z94.4-18 for SCOTT 3M 45 min 4500 PSI Cylinder and SCOTT 3M 60 min 4500 PSI Cylinder - Provide regular and emergency pickup and delivery rates from and to Fire Station #1 - Provide hourly rate for repair technician Instructions to bidders include providing all goods, services and construction as specified in the bid call documents; submitting pricing and documentation as required; and acknowledging any issued addenda. Each bidder is required to provide proof of Certificate of 3M/SCOTT Certified Service Centre with Technicians authorized to Technician II level. Bidders must list all subcontractors to be used or confirm the project will be performed with their own forces. Bidders should not enter $0.00 for non-mandatory items unless bidding $0.00 and should leave non-bid non-mandatory items blank. All references provided should be for similar work as described in this bid. Pricing must be in Canadian funds, inclusive of duties and taxes except HST, which should be itemized separately.
