The City of Pickering is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Project Management Support Services for the delivery of the new Seaton Recreation Complex & Library. The Consultant will support the City’s Senior Project Manager throughout Design Development, Contract Documents, Tender, Construction, Commissioning, and Close-Out. The Consultant will provide advisory and coordination support only; the Senior Project Manager retains full decision-making authority. The full deliverables are outlined in Attachment 5 – Deliverables. Proponents must provide all goods, services, and construction as specifically set out in and in accordance with the scope of work, specifications, drawings, Addenda (if issued by the City of Pickering), the terms and conditions, etc. as specified. Proponents must submit proposals electronically through the City’s bidding system, structured in accordance with the instructions in the RFP, and must include: - Experience and qualifications of the company and key personnel - Detailed descriptions of similar and related projects - Understanding of the project and methodology to provide the deliverables - List of subconsultants, with qualifications, as applicable The selected proponent must not be a U.S. business as defined in the RFP, must be a single legal entity, and must provide all required documentation and insurance within 10 working days of notice of selection. Pricing is to be submitted as a lump sum fixed amount and in Canadian funds, with HST itemized separately.
