Description

Renovation of a military facility in Laughlin AFB, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Design and renovation of the existing Silver Wings restaurant within Building 308 and the adjacent hallway flooring to improve operational efficiency and meet current mission demands. Work includes the design and renovation of the kitchen area, dining area, and connecting hallway in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work. Contractors will provide all management, labor, and related services required to perform the effort and may submit capability information demonstrating relevant experience, teaming approaches, and subcontracting plans for market research purposes. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
