Provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to renovate Silver Wings, Building 308. Work includes a complete refresh of the facility, including upgrades to equipment, additional seating options such as a window counter and patio seating, painting, flooring replacement, window tinting, and installation of window shades. The existing wall separating the service area and kitchen will be relocated to create a small hallway, increasing space within the kitchen and food preparation area.
