Demolition and site work for a military facility in Laughlin AFB, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.

The work consists of the complete demolition of two existing structures, Building 15 and Building 54, including all associated components. The scope includes proper disconnection, capping, and termination of all utilities serving the buildings; removal and lawful disposal of all demolition debris; and full restoration of the disturbed sites. Site restoration includes backfilling, grading, seeding, and installation of a new security fence. All work will be performed in close proximity to an active airfield, requiring strict compliance with all applicable safety and security protocols. The acquisition is conducted as a commercial item under FAR Part 12, and a pre-award site visit is scheduled. Attachment F and G are designated as CUI and require coordination with the Contracting Officer or Contract Specialist for access or access requests through SAM. Questions will not be answered during the site visit.
