A description of the Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) and pricing per Attachment 3 must be included, ensuring the attached pricing sheet is filled out completely. Include any applicable prompt payment discount terms, the length of time the quote is valid, contact information for the individual authorized to provide pricing information, and the Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code for System for Award Management (SAM). All quotes must conform to the statement of work, and the award will be based on the lowest price, technically acceptable offer. all questions relating to the solicitation are due by 10:00AM (CDT) July 15, 2026.
