Renovation of a military facility in Laughlin AFB, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,600-square-foot military facility.

Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to: o Removal and off-site disposal of all existing carpet, padding, transition strips, and cove base at a commercial waste management facility. o Moving existing furniture to facilitate installation and working around any furniture or equipment that cannot be removed. o Subfloor preparation to ensure a clean, smooth, and dry surface matching manufacturer specifications. o Supply and installation of 2,800 square feet of Tarkett Flame Edit in Ballast (608868012) carpet for the Aero Phys offices and classrooms. o Supply and installation of 1,800 square feet of Tarkett VCT II in 480 Pure White W (350002480) in the altitude chamber room, hallway, and maintenance area.o Supply and installation of approximately 1,300 linear feet of 4-inch Johnsonite wall base in Black Pearl along the perimeter of the designated rooms. o Supply and installation of fifteen (15) commercial-grade carpet transition strips at entrances and doorway thresholds. o Final walkthrough, testing, and formal inspection with government representatives to verify workmanship and seam integrity. This project is to be treated as a commercial service acquisition in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.
