Sealed bids will be received for North Palos School District 117, 2026 Paving and Sealcoating. Lump Sum Bid Proposals will be accepted until the scheduled closing time. The work included is for Trade Package 31d: Paving and Sealcoating. Bids should be submitted in an opaque sealed envelope clearly marked with Trade Package Number “31D” and the Trade Description “Paving and Sealcoating.” A bid security of 10 percent of the base bid amount is required. The successful bidder must furnish insurance and a performance and payment bond equal to 100% of the proposal amount. All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois law regarding prevailing wages and labor, including Equal Employment Opportunity Laws. Bidding documents are available by request from IHC Construction Co. Bidders obtaining plans from online plan rooms must notify IHC Construction Co. to receive addenda notifications.
