The Sections in Division 01 of the Specifications which have more than one suffix letter (such as this Section) are common to each related Contract. Contract Term: 755 Days Estimated Cost: $500,000 - $1,000,000 Bid Deposit: $27,300.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All successful bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond pursuant to Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100%. The Office of General Services reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
