The Town of Lynnfield is seeking bid proposals from General Contractors for the Lynnfield South Fire Station Demolition Project and associated sitework located at 598 Salem Street, Lynnfield, MA 01940. Bid Documents will be available at the Lynnfield Public Works Office or via email. General Contractor bids are due at a specified date and time. All questions shall be submitted in writing electronically, and all requests for information must be emailed to Tappe Architects, with specified individuals copied, and referencing "Lynnfield South Fire Demo" in the subject line. Last day for written questions: 3:00PM, Monday April 6th, 2026.
