The City of Brazoria is seeking to enter into an engineering services contract with a State of Texas-registered engineer to assist with pre-award and post-award engineering services of its proposed Texas General Land Office GLO Disaster Recovery 2024 Local Communities Program (LCP) if funded by GLO. The targeted projects, if selected and awarded, qualify under the 2024 Disasters including Hurricane Beryl. The targeted projects are for flood control and drainage repair and improvement and restoration of public infrastructure. The City of Brazoria reserves the right to negotiate with any and all engineers/engineering firms that submit statement of qualifications, per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Stan Any questions or requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via EMAIL to the address above at least 5 business days prior to the deadline. The City of Brazoria may, if appropriate, circulate the question and answer to all service providers submitted proposals The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
