The City of Wauwatosa is seeking comprehensive proposals from well qualified consulting firms to provide complete investigations and analysis to surcharge dye water test storm sewers, quantify storm sewer exfiltration, conduct CCTV inspections of the sanitary sewer main, quantify infiltration in the sanitary sewer system for both public and private sectors, and document the results. The consultant will also be responsible for comparing the results to past results to quantify any infiltration reduction and evaluate the effectiveness of constructed improvements to the sanitary sewer system. Each consultant is responsible for determining all factors necessary for submission of a comprehensive proposal in accordance with the requirements provided. Questions concerning this proposal request will be received through Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at 12:00 PM. All questions should be directed to Laurie Schleimer, Purchasing Coordinator, via email, lschleimer@wauwatosa.net., When deemed relevant, responses to questions received will be distributed to all RFP holders of record, via an Addendum to ensure uniformity, by 4:00 PM on Monday, February 23, 2026. The City of Wauwatosa reserves, exclusively to itself, the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the City and to waive any, or all, technicalities or informalities in submitted proposals.
