Description of Project: The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to obtain a licensed contractor to replace the worn stair treads and platform decking on the existing two (2) water slide towers at Sports*Com's Boro each. Work includes removal and installation of new materials, safety compliance, and ensuring durability in a wet, high-traffic environment. A. Drop Slide Tower: Height 10 feet approximately. Platform measures 102" x 81" with a total of 15 stair treads measuring 36" wide x 12" deep. Replace existing tread and decking material with a similar product. B. Big Slide Tower: Height 30 feet approximately. Platform 1 measures 59" x 119". Platform 2 measures 59.5" x 58". Platform 3 measures 59" x 57.5". Platform 4 measures 131" x 102". Total stair treads 48, measuring 52" wide x 12" deep. Replace existing tread and decking material with a similar product. 2.2. By submitting a bid, a bidder represents that bidder is familiar with the project requirements and has the ability to properly and safely provide the goods and services required for the replacement of the tread and decking material on the slide towers at the specified location. 2.3.
