Greenwood County ("Owner") is requesting qualifications from Design Firms for architecture, engineering, construction inspection/administration, and subcontracted special services. Proposed work must be performed and completed in such a manner as to be eligible for funding through Community Development Block Grants(CDBG). The services may include, but are not limited to the design, bidding, and construction phases of a complete building renovation to the Greenwood County Health Department Building. The anticipated scope of services is listed below: 1. HVAC Replacements 2.Restroom Updates/Improvements 3. Asbestos Abatement 4. ADA Improvements 5. Front Airlock Improvements 6. Concrete Improvements 7. Exterior Painting 8. Awning Replacement 9. Door Replacements 10. Greenwood County is requesting Statements of Qualifications from interested and qualified Design Firms for architecture, engineering, construction, inspection/administration, and subcontracted special services. Proposed work must be performed and completed in such a manner as to be eligible for funding through Community Development Block Grants (CDBG). The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any proposal which is incomplete, obscure, conditional, or otherwise irregular, or which has erasures or corrections in prices, or in which unit prices are omitted or are obviously unbalanced, may be rejected. However, the County Manager reserves the right to waive informalities on the basis of its best interests. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
