Sealed bids are invited for a New Double Classroom Modular Building at Alexander School, Project No. 2025-35. Bids will be received at the Facilities Department for the Jefferson Parish School Board until 2:00 P.M. on the specified closing date, after which bids will be opened and read aloud. No bids may be withdrawn for at least thirty days after closing. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Plans and specifications can be obtained from Mathes Brierre Architects, APC, for a refundable deposit per hard copy set or a non-refundable fee for electronic sets, with specific instructions for document return to receive refunds. Bidding documents are also available for download at the architect's FTP site at no fee. Bidders must provide their license number and email address to receive addenda. Envelope for sealed proposals must be clearly marked with the bidder's name, address, telephone number, State License Number (if applicable), and the statement of proposal for the specified project name and number. Bids may be submitted electronically in accordance with Louisiana Revised Statute 38:2212 E (1) via www.centralbidding.com.
