The requirement is for Walk Off Carpet Service at Rome, NY, under the category of housekeeping and carpet laying/cleaning. The Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) seeks quotations for the purchase of supplies and services as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Bidders are instructed to include the RFQ number, date of submittal, vendor name, address, CAGE, point of contact name, phone number, and email in their quotations. Submissions must include a detailed technical approach demonstrating an understanding of and capability to fulfill all PWS requirements, a price quote showing unit and extended fixed prices for the base and all option years, and completed provision/clause fill-ins. All labor, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to provide the required services must be included in the price. Quotes should be concise, complete, and clear, with the technical approach limited to five pages. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror, and all vendors must have an active SAM.gov registration to be considered for award.
