Renovation of a laboratory facility in Kearneysville, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
AMENDMENT 01 - 03/12/2026 Solicitation is amended to post the site visit sign-in sheets and responses to all requests for information (RFIs) received by the RFI deadline and extend the quote due date to March 20, 2026 at 3:00 PM EDT. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Acknowledgement of amendment is required with proposal submission by either returning a signed copy of the SF-30 or completing section 19 on the SF-1442 END OF AMENDMENT 01 The work to be done consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with these specifications for modifying the existing safety showers in the main building and the Hazardous Material Building to equip with them with tepid water per ANSI Z358.1. New safety showers are to be added in the tank rooms and the Broodstock Building. The contractor shall begin performance within 14 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Final completion within 190 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.
