Remodeling of an educational facility in Columbia, Missouri. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
Fabricate and install [8] (See Quote Sheet) pairs of drapes and any required materials in building and room(s) [17] (See Quote Sheet) as indicated on Request for Quotation (and drawings) and in accordance with these specifications. Typical condition will be that Drape Contractor will install drapes. The student room drapery in Harrison Residence Hall's north tower is failing and needs to be replaced. Remove and dispose of existing drapery and hardware and manufacture and install new drapery and hardware as per the specifications.
