**As of March 6, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Electronic bids will be accepted for the Campus Wide, LED Lighting PH2, South Dakota State Fair, Huron, South Dakota, OSE# M2326--04X. Bidders may obtain copies of the Plans and Specifications at the designArc Group LLC office. Anyone requesting, reviewing, or copying the Plans and Specifications agrees to do so solely for submitting a bid on the project, and that the documents remain the property of the State. Each bid in excess of $100,000.00 must be accompanied by either a 5% certified check, cashier's check, or draft, or a 10% bid bond issued by a surety authorized to operate in South Dakota, made payable to the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources of the State of South Dakota. The Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein.
