Frederick County Public Schools is requesting quotes to establish a contract or contracts for general asphalt sealcoating and striping services in accordance with the attached specifications, the terms in this request for quote, and the General Terms and Conditions found on the Purchasing page of the FCPS website. Use of this contract will be dependent upon available funds in the annual budget and need of repairs. The work will include but is not limited to: power sweeping of lots, roads and associated areas; crack filling 1 inch or less in identified areas of lots, roads and associated areas; sealcoating of designated lots, roads and associated areas with 2 coats; line striping and painting of associated traffic and/or parking space markings; only Seal Master sealer is approved for use; additional specifications are in Attachment A; purchase and installation of various signage per drawings and/or specs; and purchase and installation of parking blocks per drawings and/or specs.
