Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Jekyll Island, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a restaurant; and 70-room hospitality development.
The scope of work is for the design, development, construction, and operation of an approximately seventy (70 +/-) room hotel with a grill or lounge-style restaurant within the hotel, located at the Jekyll Island Golf Club. Qualified and highly experienced hotel developers are invited to submit proposals for this project. Written questions and requests for clarification can be submitted via email, and responses will be posted publicly.
