The work generally consists of providing all labor, materials, necessary tools, equipment, supervision, appurtenances, janitorial supplies/toiletries, and transportation services required for facility janitorial services at City Hall, Police Station, Yucaipa Community Center, Scherer Community Center/Nutrition Center, the Yucaipa Performing Arts Center (YPAC), and the City Yard. Services include vacuuming, dusting, trash collection, sweeping and mopping all floors, restocking of toiletries, cleaning restroom facilities, cleaning counter tops, steam cleaning ceramic tile flooring, cleaning lower entry doors and windows, spot cleaning windows, and dusting mini blinds as specified. Any portion of the work not expressly addressed shall be considered ancillary and included within the overall scope.
