**As of February 2, 2026 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Project Description: Demolish and replace (4) existing restroom buildings with new prefabricated restrooms with new concrete foundation and ADA parking and path of travel. All technical questions to be submitted to the Project Manager in writing via email at tammie.pelletier@pfm.sbcounty.gov. The subject line of the email should include the project number, as found in the bid documents, along with the project name and RFI. All questions must be submitted no later than 4:00 PM on December 10, 2025. No questions will be answered within seventy-two (72) hours of the bid opening.
