Reference Number 0000402481 Question Deadline 11/27/2025 at 2:00 PM CT Questions are submitted online Yes The contract work forthis projectinvolves furnishing and installing traffic signal headsthroughout the city (Appendix B) with new safety enhancements, such as backplates featuring retroreflective tape and air vents. This work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison ofBids. Actual quantities ofWork to be performed may vary at the discretion ofthe City Engineer The contract work for this project involves furnishing and installing traffic signal heads throughout the city with new safety enhancements, such as backplates featuring retroreflective tape and air vents. See Project Specificaitons for more detail. There will be a Five Hundred Dollar ($500.00) assessment for each calendar day that work remains incomplete beyond the time stated in the Proposal Form. Refer to the Proposal Form for specific details.
