The Arizona Department of Administration, General Services Division, is seeking to establish multiple mandatory statewide design professional service contracts for on-call small water systems engineering services and construction administration services. Qualified water system engineering firms are requested to submit their Statement of Qualifications to provide design and construction administration services, including preliminary budget estimates, programming, site planning, schematic design, design development, contract documents, and contract administration/management. The State intends to retain up to ten highly qualified firms to act as the On-Call Small Water Systems Engineering Services during the planning of a project for a firm fixed price. Designs resulting may be used in future projects of similar scope. Contracts will be available for use by all agencies and cooperatives. The State reserves the right to negotiate with one or more parties and is not obligated to enter into any contract with any respondent on any terms or conditions. Only qualifications received by the stated deadline through the State’s e-Procurement system will be considered. Late qualifications will not be considered.
