The Special Areas Board requests proposals including Build Sheets for the supply of Bark Mulch to be delivered F.O.B. Youngstown Service Centre, 9268 TWP RD 30-0, Youngstown, AB. The bark mulch must be recommended for the mulching of tree beds and the supplier must provide a Compost Summary Report that indicates the pine and spruce mix mulch product meets the following criteria: Moisture content of less than 25%, pH of 5-7, total organic matter of 80-90%, carbon to nitrogen ratio of 130:1-150:1, and maximum screen size of 4 inches.
