Sealed bids are requested for supplying Hot Mix Asphalt Materials to Kenosha County for 2026. The approximate quantities required are: 23,000 tons of 3 MT 58-28 S, 20,000 tons of 4 MT 58-28 S, 6,000 tons of 5 MT 58-28 S, 20,000 tons of 4 MT 58-28 H, and 6,000 tons of 5 MT 58-28 H, all to be picked up by Kenosha County Department of Public Works trucks at contractor facilities. Bids must be prepared on the proposal form included in the bid document, sealed, and addressed to the Kenosha County Department of Public Works. The envelope must identify the bidder's name, address, and the bid's purpose. All bidders must file a "Bidders Proof of Responsibility Form" by the stated deadline, unless they have recently completed a public works project for Kenosha County. The Department of Public Works reserves the right to reject any or all bids or accept any bid deemed most advantageous for the county.
