Site work for a development in Bristol, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a development.
Sealed bids are requested for the furnishing of all labor and materials necessary for the construction and planting of street trees along Hwy 45, one replacement at 8102 200th Ave per plan, and two replacements on 123rd Avenue south of Hwy 50 per plan. The contractor is to plant 15 trees according to specifications at the Village Hall. All plant material must conform to American Standards for Nursery Stock (ANSI Z60.1). Bids must be submitted in envelopes marked 'SEALED BID STTREET TREES.' A Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10 percent of the maximum bid is required, payable to the Village of Bristol as a guarantee that the bidder, if selected, will execute and file the contract. All work must be completed by June 15, 2026. The Village Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, solicit new bids, or waive any informalities. Specifications and bid forms are available at the Village office.
