Sealed proposals are requested for a General Construction Contract to furnish, deliver, and install interior building improvements at the Village of Mineola, Company 3 Fire Station, 166 Elm Place, Mineola, NY 11501, Project ID: VOMCD-FD-C3_ELM. A fee of $100.00 (check only) is required for bidders to obtain contract documents. Each proposal must include a certified check or bid bond for at least 5% of the total cost proposed, committing the bidder to contract if awarded. A pre-bid site visit and walk-through is scheduled at the project location.
