The City of Irving Water Utilities Department invites Civil Engineers, Multi-Disciplinary Firms, and any other qualified professionals to submit qualifications proposals to provide Engineering Design Services for the replacement and relocation of the 48-inch Jamison Water Supply Line located within the City owned property at 2000 N. Walton Walker Blvd., Irving, TX. Bidders are strongly encouraged to submit their responses electronically. In the case of an RFP or RFQ, any hard copy requirements in addition to the electronic response will be noted in the specifications.
