Harmony Public Schools is seeking a Construction Manager-At-Risk to perform construction services for a project in Irving, Texas. The project involves remodeling a 55,000 square foot open office space into an elementary school facility, including parking lot, playground, and landscaping. The scope also includes a ground-up buildout addition of a 7,000 square foot storm shelter/elementary standard gymnasium. Construction entails concrete, drywall, glazing, finishes, roofing, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, landscaping, low voltage, and other related work as specified in the project documents and in compliance with all required codes. The School will evaluate eligible, responsive bidders and select a Construction Manager-At-Risk through a one-step selection process. Responses must be sealed and clearly marked with the provided project identifier. Late responses will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. The School reserves the right to reject any or all responses, waive technicalities, re-advertise, or proceed in the School's best interest.
