Renovation of a museum in Revere, Missouri. Working plans call for the renovation of a museum.
**As of March 31st, 2026, bids were rejected. No definite date for rebid** The project includes architectural and structural repairs to the Joseph Benning "Cannonball" House. Repairs include replacement of the roof, gutter system, and exterior trim. Structural repairs to the foundation and framing, window restoration, interior and exterior painting, new heating system, and selective wall cladding replacement are also a part of the project. Bidders must submit electronic bids, and only bids sent to the specified email address will be accepted. Interested bidders should secure at least one bid set to become a planholder. Prime contractors may obtain up to two bid sets at the deposit rate, while others may obtain one. Additional sets are available at the cost of printing and shipping. Plans and specifications must be returned unmarked within 15 working days for a refund. The State reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities. No bid may be withdrawn for 20 working days after the opening. Contractors must pay not less than the prevailing hourly wage as determined by the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations.
